To banir, completely agree with the other comments. This deserves not even a star. When we call them to ask a cancellation for the loss of your animal, the customer service asks you to send a mail to the service reclamation for the cancellation . It's been 3 months since I wait a repons when I sent tons of mails without answers of course! and there I just received a letter of formal notice for non payment, because I have opposed on my account since the writing of the mall, because I come to learn that I must write a request for cancellation by letter recommended with acknowledgment of receipt.
They are escros, they mislead you because no one tells you the same thing, you hang on the nose, threaten you. I have never seen a company as misleading as this one. FUY with big legs ......
