PurCo Fleet is Hertz franchised local company in some regions. I am a Hertz gold member traveled all places and this is the first time I got issue with rental company. See the image I pasted. They sent me a claim letter 6 months after the car returned which has no even minor figure nail scratch at all. Since I was traveling for business all insurance were covered, I could have the insurance pay off their claims, but I decided not let PurCo fleet cheat innocent any more, I had to notice our business procurement department to fight against their claims. PurCo Fleet damages Hertz brand. Chose a different car rental company if you have options in Rapid City.
