I sent a purchase for my mother through Amazon. It was verified delivered yet they claim they never received it. They have cameras in the mail room and I requested they review them to see where her package went. Found out today the cameras don't work. Pretty pathetic that someone who works there is stealing from the residents, people who have next to nothing to begin with. If you're considering this place for a family member I would look somewhere else. The management offered no help. Their attitude was simply too bad this happened but there is nothing we can or will do.
