Terrible terrible terrible! Equipment never works...
Terrible terrible terrible! Equipment never works, charge $50 for a tech to come out and fix something you're already paying for. Oh... and they lied to us to have us sign up and nobody will do anything about it. They have been ignoring my emails for a couple weeks now with these issues. If a "sales" guy named James Carpenter comes around tell him to get the hell away. He told us our house was considered a "model home" and as long as we put the sign in front of our house and post good things about vivint on social media then we would get the equipment for free. Well the first bill came.... guess what wasn't free? Yup... the equipment. I've tried calling and emailing and everyone says they've never heard of that. James Carpenter then told us he was emailing us our contract so we didn't have to keep the hard copy (which had the equipment for free on it) so we got the email. Me trusting Vivint (my mess up) i threw away the hard copy before reviewing the emailed contract. They don't believe me and refuse to help. I wish they would just make this right. So i would urge anyone not to sign up with them. In fact join my movement to inform others of this. I'd give anything to be done with this company....
