I cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Ben! We decided to buy a home during the crazy post-COVID market and were aware we would have a lot of competition with other buyers. We ended up finding our dream home and Ben was able to work his magic and find out crucial details that helped us beat out the other offers. Everything after that was a smooth and seamless process. He even helped us get a sewer issue taken care of when he realized it may still be under warranty and saved us a few grand in repairs.

We would work with Ben again in a heartbeat!
