Ecomark seemed like a good choice. Unfortunately, as my process continued, I was continually disappointed by Ecomark. The salesman did not fulfill his promise to provide me with references. Weather forced my first site work reschedule, and I had to wait an additional two weeks. On the second reschedule, I again was told that the site work would be another two week delay. I discovered that Ecomark does not have reschedule time in their calendars. The scheduler told me "that's just the way it is". It was disappointing to learn that Ecomark was not willing to work with me, and made me wonder what other services they would not follow up on. Further disappointing to me was there has been no callback from the company to discuss and resolve this simple disagreement. Ecomark seemed like a good company to deal with. It was sad to learn that they are not that.
