Ummm..gosh where to start..I'm a first time host w...

Ummm..gosh where to start..I'm a first time host with Airbnb..my listing was rented for 6 months in Nov which is great.. however, Airbnb sent me an earnings statement for entire amt when I am actually only receiving monthly payouts for Nov and Dec..I've called 4 times regarding this matter, get the run around everytime and told 4 times someone would call me..in fact I'm on hold right now cause they are looking for address for me to send my complaint. Further I had major difficulties with my tenant. Airbnb called them but never followed up with me..horrible to di business with..this info is important for my taxes. So I'm going to have to go to the BBB. I guess cause none has answers..
