Terrible, unreliable, totally random service. The bellhops are never punctual in picking up the parcels, sometimes they spend the day after, they often do not pass their own. My girlfriend continues to use the service for years, weekly, perhaps because it is the cheapest, perhaps because then it is up to me to have to load the package and take it to the point.
