After receiving a damaged desk from FedEx, I immediately contacted uplift and spoke with Alexandra. She was very helpful and went above and beyond in resolving my issue. She immediately dispatched a new desk. Initially I was worried about having to repackage such a large desk to send back but she immediately told me not to worry about it and that I could dispose of it or use it in any way. Excellent customer service and a great way to take care of a customer. thank you Alexandra and Uplift.
