I was very pleased with my experience at Lou Fusz Toyota.
I have never bought a car from a dealership before and my sales person Joe Gustafson was wonderful to work with. He made my experience very pleasant and made me want to come back and have other services done on my car. When I first got my car the next day I noticed a line in my windsheild, I called Joe and he made sure it was taken care of. That kind of customer service really made me feel appreciated and that my purchase meant something to someone. This past Friday I took my Prius in for its first oil change and the customer service was very inviting. Warren Hamilton was my service tech my car was taken care of in a timely manner and my floors were even vacuumed which was a sweet surprise. Because of my experience with Lou Fusz Toyota I have referred friends and I plan to be a repeat customer.
