Absolutely loving the refurbished rooms! They are modern, spacious, fresh and extremely inviting!! We stay quite frequently and love it. Everyone is very friendly!
We did have a hiccup with room service as we had to give instructions 4 times because the food kept coming up wrong, however the manager was extremely apologetic and gave us our meals for free for the inconvenience. I wish the swimming pool was heated as each time we ve attempted going in it has been freezing! The gym is great! And so is the sauna! I love the coffee and tea selection given in the room, and the complimentary waters when you arrive. Also want to quickly note that the half char grilled chicken with wedges is absolutely amazing!
