Love this store! Great selection of wine and the staff (especially Katie and Sam) are very helpful and knowledgeable. The vibe there is great, they play cool music, and they always have specials. Very excited to hear that the creeper employee with the annoying hat no longer works there.

This was by far the most disapointing wine & spirits I went to in my 3 years living in TN. The prices are higher than anywhere else I've visited. The selection is extremely limited, arguably featuring more knick knacks and accessories than actual bottles. But by far the most frustrating thing about this place is the staff, the two people working there during my visit provided terrible service and lacked knowledge of their stock, as well as basic terminology. This would have all been forgiveable, had they not pretended to be well acquainted with the subject, which had we not known what we were looking for, could've led to us wasting our money on products we didn't want.

I love this wine store! The owner is great at suggesting wines if they don't carry what you're looking for. Always knowledgeable and courteous! I always stop here when I'm purchasing wine in Green Hills!

This place is great!!!! They can get almost any wine you need . They do special orders . They carry unique wines that you can't just find anywhere! So much better than other places.

Let me preface by saying I'm a sales manager myself. I went in asking for a specific whiskey that I would like to try, Jack Daniel's new fire whiskey. The salesman immediately said they didn't carry it, because it was substandard for the store, and he personally didn't like it. Not a good way to start the convo. He recommended something else, and told me it was his favorite. I said no thanks and then he proceeded to tell me if I wanted substandard alcohol just buy Fireball. I said no thanks, and then he tried to sell me Pappy Van winkle, out of left field! Haha. I am a whiskey and bourbon lover, have a great collection of spirits. I from TN, and love Jack Daniel's, and just wanted to try their new blend of whiskey, JD Fire. Thanks to the arrogant and immature staff, I will not be shopping at this store any longer.

They have a very wide selection. There are always friendly employees who are happy to help with my questions. I'm slowly learning more about wine and what goes best with different foods and their suggestions for red and white wine at prices I can afford are great.

Love the Wine Shoppe! Katie has been helpful in tracking down specialty wines I needed for Christmas. Her knowledge of wine is comprehensive and she shares any info you might need to know! They do carry the types of wine you buy at Kroger, but will often encourage me to try something besides the LaMarca prosecco I drink so faithfully. I don't get offended because you never know...I might find something I like better!

My husband also joined their new wine club and picked up his first bottle recently. They select a bottle from a different country each month.

Manager is extremely rude. Avoid this place. Was on my way to my doctor the same day of my visit here and told him about my experience. After vowing to never come here, he recommended a place called Frugal McDougal.
