I bought a new back country ski and boot setup from NM Sport Systems over a year ago. This season I started having some issues with the fit of my boots. Jenna Rhoads told me to take them back in and Nate might be able to help me. After 15 minutes, Nate had the problem solved. Online purchasing doesn t offer this type of customer service.
