They falsely accused us of causing damage to the car which did not exist when we returned it. Then they took our friend outside after accepting the car and showed damage (clearly underhanded) or two easily removable dents. They produced one estimate for over $1400 as if they had to replace the entire hatch back (on a 67,000+ car), and then tried to charge us for over a week of lost business days . If you are going to rent here, make sure you already have a lawyer. Fortunately we did.
