So sick and tired of waiting to get my truck fixed, brand new 2020 F150 sold to me with a defective camera, Ford has known about for at least 2 years according to reports. Now after waiting 2 months for a backordered camera due to replacements across the country according to service. Now told I have to wait for an official recall to replace it. I never would have bought this POS if I knew it was this bad. Quality and customer service from Ford is in the toilet.
