I ve had good experiences in the past but the one I had today really made me dissatisfied.
I went to pick up a parcel that I got a phone call for, I go up to the register and the lady asks me for the tracking number and ID - I pick up a parcel I wasnt expecting. I ask her if she can search and look up a package by my name that has seemingly been lost in transit, just to see if it was there. After telling her the situation she says only if I have the tracking number - I show her the ONLY tracking and reference number that was ever sent to me online by the shipper and she says she can t use that tracking number becuase it s a post office number. Ok fine. I continue to ask again if she could search by my name and I explain that the package was apparently with purolator and then Canada post. (I had contacted Canada post and they don t currently know where it is either). She just looks at me and says oh. Weird looks past me and calls up the next customer in line.
No help, advice or effort into trying to find my missing package.
Poor customer service, I m super frustrated and she didn t even try to help.
