If you are ordering Uber eat, you are rolling a dice. We ordered food today but the driver didn't arrive on time or at door. He called once but we missed it and he cancelled on his end and didn't pick up our calls anymore. We called Uber but been told no food and no refund. So basically, Uber put customer in a very bad situation. But on drivers's side, hypothetically, they can call you 2 seconds and cancel you food and take you food away!!!
