BEWARE of this hotel. I was trying to book 2 rooms...

BEWARE of this hotel. I was trying to book 2 rooms and was promised a specific rate. The woman booking my room booked ONE room and then disconnected. She PROMISED me TWO rooms for that rate and when I called back I was told that the rate was no longer available!! This is so messed up: the cancellation policy for the rate I got was loose one nights stay if I cancel and I have to pay almost double the rate I was offered to get the second room. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. I was told that I have to talk to customer service but of course NO ONE answers the damn phone at customer service! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. I am trying hard to cancel and not loose money but the time involved is not worth it! Viju
