Shout out to ALL the non medical and medical staff...

Shout out to ALL the non medical and medical staff working in the new beautiful E.R yesterday morning- from the security guards, receptionist and medical staff to the coffee shop attendants (and the security guard who directed me down the hall towards coffee)- everyone was very professional, friendly, informative, and respectful. And the coffee was good.

Ted's (PA) exemplary bed side manner, Dr. Farsy's (attending) efficiency and knowledge, and Robert's (phlebotomist) 18 gauge harpoon contributed greatly to receiving excellent care. Kudos !

My parking ticket was validated at the security desk, and guess what - no parking fees. Thanks Mt. Sinai.
