Expensive and terrible customer service. The person on the train was screaming at kids to sit down and the speakers were so loud my kid was covering his ears. The kids area is great but honestly, I would just go there for that and not to pick apples. Getting the apples you want is like a guessing game because if you get to the end of the line and you haven't filled your bag, you have to get back on the train again for the full trip. I'd like to be able to walk around when picking apples. It felt like a Disney world ride with rude vendors.
