It s not often that I will review a dealership for their service department - but in this case I just had to.

I had service advisor / lead Kyle Smith assisting me with some really concerning issues with a vehicle I purchased at a different dealership. From the beginning Lyle was communicative with both me, and VWGOA in an effort to get my concerns resolved. Kyle was always quick to respond, and ensured that my concerns were handled appropriately.
