Earlier this week I signed the lease to my very first Lexus and I couldn't be happier. My sales consultant Wilbert Ma, was so knowledgeable and patient with me. He understood that as a first time Lexus buyer I couldn't be rushed into making such a big decision. Wilbert was incredibly professional and such a high level of customer service is a rare find these days.
