The worst experience ever-would not recommend to anyone!!!!!! Had a $320 repair done. Had a technician out 3 separate times to "fix" the repair that was never fixed the first time (for $320!!!) On the third visit was told they need to repair again and would credit the $320 towards the additional costs??? I told him absolutely not and he needs to have a manager call me. he said "I don't need to do anything." and proceeded to walk out the door. Unbelievably rude and, perhaps, the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Haven't made the call to manager yet, but would give a no star review and will NEVER use again.
