I had a most delicious lunch at City Tavern today. I was attending a chapter meeting of the Sons of the American Revolution, which was held at City Tavern. The turkey pie, which was the main course, was absolutely delicious. The wait staff were most professional in their demeanor. The earlyAmerican decor of the restaurant was charming. I spotted several families who were having meals there; the place seemed to be enticing for children. High recommended for Philadelphians and visitors to that city alike
