Do Not Use Gillece. They are not upfront about their cost. I needed an electrical wiring inspection to have the electricity activated at a property I was purchasing. They told me it would cost $64 to do this. This wasn't the actual home inspection or anything, just what had to be done to have the electricity turned on. When the electrician arrived, a day late, he told me that it would cost $600. The guy walked around and looked at the outlets and fuse box for 5 minutes and that was it. I feel completely taken advantage of and mislead. I was planning on shopping around but but didn't feel the need to after the price they told me over the phone. They told me they could be there that day at 6:30. I waited in a house with no electricity or heat only to be told that they couldn't make it that night and I'd have to wait until the next night. They didn't come until 10:00pm the next night, after telling me they would arrive between 6 and 9pm. When the electrician arrived he told me that they always fail to communicate the actual price to the customer.

I will not use them for any services in the future because of their extremely poor communication and lack of priority for the customer. I can't imagine a service base company being successful with this business ethic. Very Disappointed.
