I would highly recommend, they show great professionalism as soon as you walk in the door. They always give gold star treatment and you know your pets are in safe hands. They explain things clearly to you so you understand exactly what they are going to do and they treat every animal they see as if they were there own.
I sadly had one of my boys take his last breath Saturday night and the vets did every they could. They showed great compassion and nothing was to much for them. I even got a card from the practice a few days later offering me there thoughts in this hard time. Now to me the small touches like that go a very long way.
Great vets practice and I can t thank the Hadleigh and Brantham practice enough.
