What's the use of the number when it is of no use....

What's the use of the number when it is of no use.. I have called more then hundred times on all the numbers but no response at all.. What we students will do if you don't communicate at all... My exams were postponed due to Covid 19 in the month of March 2020 and I am student of external department and it's been 6 months there's no update from University at all... What about us our year will be wasted what to do next please bother to update
