This turned out to be a very bad and costly experience. After three months they sent one letter to one credit bureau and my client dashboard showed no activity. I was almost completely ignored after paying the initial fee and three months of monthly subscription payments. After questioning, they weren t even aware of an important item on my credit report. Of course after calling their attention to their lack of attention, they refused to refund my money. Im trying to buy a house so I took credit matters in my own hands and increased my middle score by an average of 61 points. Yes by myself without any outside help I increased my scores by an average of 61 points! You can do this yourself! Don t pay your hard earned money for this joke of a credit repair outfit.
