Worse and worse ! The waiting time is much too long, except we are Saturday 3:30 pm there are not many people. The manager speaks badly and takes it for I don't know who. In addition we receive our menu with cold fries! And on our set we have the right to a sheet of "rush preparation report: evening"
We are not talking about the toilet which makes you want to vomit when you enter it. It is unacceptable
A gentleman waited more than 30 minutes to be served, other customers who placed orders after him were served before. This poor gentleman must have gone back to work with nothing in his stomach because when serving his menu everything was cold. There is a serious lack of professionalism. Take the example of the Macdo de Lomme, we go there regularly to eat before the cinema session there is always a monstrous world and yet we do ourselves service 5 min after our order, with impeccable service.
