I work for State Farm and we keep receiving requests for mortgagee clause updates at our office. This is fine if the people we insure are in our office, but we are receiving mortgage changes for people who aren't even in the same state. Per dept of insurance, we are not authorized to insure homes outside our state's scope, nor do we have access to those policies. I have on multiple occasions attempted to contact Dovenmuehle by phone, email, and mail by putting on envelopes "return to sender" and provided the correct address to mail. After several years of attempts at this, we are still getting the mail to our address. Please update your records so that all mortgagee clause change requests will go to our regional office in Tempe, Az.

Update: Was contacted by Dovenmuehle's support team, they have taken steps to rectify our situation. Because of this, i am happy with finally seeing results from them, so i decided to upgrade my rating to 3 stars.
