We lived here for a year, if you are looking for location it is great however the lack of privacy and nose with the price you will pay you can find better. After moving out not only did they charged a cleaning fee ( my unit was clean even have video and photos to prove it ) they also changed a 210 damage fee for one small stain on the carpet but the worst part is AFTER moving out THEY CC OVER 200 PEOPLE IN ONE EMAIL THAT CONTAINED PERSONAL INFORMATION ( email address etc. ) I HAVE NOW CONTACTED A LAWYER. NOW SCAM ARTIST HAVE EVERYTHING THEY NEED AND IT WAS ALL BC OF AVALON BAY. DO NOT MOVE HERE. IF ANYONE HAS ANYMORE QUESTIONS, PLEASE REACH OUT. DO NOT TRUST CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE OFFICE WORKERS.
