We have been to the Hemmens a lot of times for various events. It's a really nice venue for seeing the Elgin Symphony, but we were there to see a play that day. These are the old style seats so it's a slow rise and shortened pitch but pretty much everywhere has a clean, unobstructed view of the stage.
