Horrible experience! Was very specific about what I wanted and how my financing was already pre approved. The sales guy promised me they wouldn't try to switch me to another car or send my info to a million places to "try and get me a better deal" but all that went out the window when I got there. The place has the feel of a wal mart and that's about the amount of customer service they have there. Everyone's a number, you speak to many different people in the process of one deal and none of them or informed or care about your personal situation. They just want to move metal and what you want is the last thing they think about. Long story short they tried to get me on several different cars after refusing to tell me what I needed to put down to get me in the car I wanted. After running my credit ten times when I specifically told the tall skinny finance guy to stop and three hours of sitting in a dealership wondering what's happening because they don't keep you informed during the buying process at all I left with no car. My credit dropped 25 points from all the hard hits and it was all and all the worst car buying experience ever. I left and went straight to liberty auto plaza where they only ran my credit once with the bank I was pre approved for and wouldn't you know it, 30 mins later I had my 2013 Acura TSX which I love! Thanks Liberty Auto Plaza! And to all those thinking of stopping into Ray Chevy, THINK AGAIN!
