I've been using the Westgate service department for all service for my 2017 Honda Civic Touring since I moved to London a year ago.
Fair prices, despite being a dealership. Great service, Honest, Reliable.

Chris and Demetry are great.

The only thing they ever dropped the ball on is keeping me informed, and that's ok because it was based on a misunderstanding more than anything else. In my eyes, they made it right by being honest with me. That's super important.

They are beyond just professional.

So yes, all in all, I had one "issue" in the year I've been with them, and even that was super minor and easily solved through simple honesty. In my eyes, that's a perfect record.

Definitely earned the 5/5.
