I have been to Highcliffs with one pet or another for quite some years, all the staff are brilliant, the really do all love animals of all sizes. They are always willing to go that extra mile, their care and attention to every details is incredible. When I lost my old dog they were so great I felt at ease with every step. They are all excellent.
