These people don't like answering their phones. 40 minutes on the phone waiting for some human voice. In the 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to take a drive while still waiting on the phone. Now, the drive is about 15 minutes away. So I had a friends come so she could listen to the phone for me. Yea. All the workers were just laughing and eating chips like no one was even calling them. It was just awesome. Anyway. Appointment was great. Got to pick the time frame and a day. People are super nice other then the front desk people who don't give a rat ass about their damn job.
