Would absolutely recommend this company. New high-quality door was installed timely, efficiently & painlessly.

Someone from the cellar door company came to my house and took some measurements for a replacement door. I waited several days to a week for them to contact me but they never did. I called them and the secretary said they would send me an email...waited another 2 weeks and nothing. Not a call or email letting me know that they wouldn't be able to replace my bulkhead. Very disappointed.

Cellar Door installed an egress window in my basement, without a hitch. Great planning, courteous workers who arrived in orchestrated "waves" - first to cut the concrete, then to install the window. Highly recommend this company. Special kudos to Erroll and Andrew.

I had a 1960s metal bulkhead door that was ready to be changed. Andrew from The Cellar Door Company did an awesome job! I am happy with his work and the way my new door looks! Thank you!

Called the company they returned the call with an appointment. It was a two hour window. They did not show. Called the secretary, seems like they were short of help and forgot appointment. Secretary rescheduled for 3 pm. No show again after we were told to sit tight they would be there eventually. No word from the company after that. Glad we did not get to hire them. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
