The low-cost spay & neuter clinic provides excellent care and does a great job. I've had many dogs and cats altered there; both personal pets and rescues. I highly recommend them!

These people are great! Treat me nicer than my vet at much less cost. I live in the country and always have strays coming to my house. I trap any cats I can and take them here. Just trying to do what's right and so do they.

The actually service was great. But my baby got a skin infection a couple days after I left there and he's a only child (pet). He doesn't go around other animals at all and it's paper trained so he doesn't go outside either. I've spent $100 at my vet and he was diagnosed with a bacterial skin infection. Wonder if he got it at the Animal Alliance because he's not been exposed to anything else in that time frame or any other time.

They've always taken care of our furry family members. Crew is always friendly and knowledgeable.

They need to learn what violating HIPAA means. They do not have the right to ask anyone about their medical exemptions other than you telling them you're medically exempt.

Did an amazing job spay and neutering my 2 animals.only downside is they don t supply medication for the animals after and you have to pay for the cone after surgery. Pretty ridiculous

The prices are listed on their website. If you are trying to get your services for $10 just bring your proofs in when you check in. You pay before the services so no surprises and no hoops to jump through. The only surprise you may have is the $8.00 flea treatment when you puck your baby up, but even then you sign the paper saying that you will pay the fee if it is determined needed. I'm happy and grateful for the services Benji received today! Thank you for taking wonderful care of him!

Helping pets and pet parents to help control the pet population. I love what they stand for, just wish the staff was easier to work with. Also, surgical sterilization in surgical area could be better.

They snipped my boys family jewels. They were very friendly and my babies were ready before time, not to expensive. They got a cute little green tattoo also got a free visit 7-10 days after they got neutered

Vet was very good with helping with a small issue with one of our new puppy. She was only 4 months old and hurt herself running around outside with the other rescued puppy. Vet took care of her excellent and sent info to our Vet. Was very impressed.

They gave my cats fleas and charged me for flea control. My pets didn't have fleas prior to their appointment and picked them up from other animals there. The clinic called and told me they treatedhim for them. We are STILL battling fleas at home because that cat brought them home to my other cats. The upside is the spay and neuter service is affordable, but with what I've spent flea control, it just wasn't worth it this time around.

I have had three pets spayed at the Alabama Animal Alliance. All three were good experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. One of my pets had a wound I was unaware of and it was found during preparation for surgery. The staff called to notify me and explain that they would continue with the procedure and provide wound care at the same time. That made me feel like they really care about the animals they treat.

Wish i could give them 50 stars. Can't even begin to say how great a place this is and what a fantastic staff. We rescue strays and they are the only place we take them. Also recommend as often as we get a chance. Bravo guys keep up the fabulous work!

I took my 6 month old male puppy today, these are the nicest people, they were very informative and took very good care of my Blue couldn't beat the price $80 for neutered, Rabies shot and his nails clipped this also includes a follow up appointment in a week and after hours call.I drove in from Prattville, I highly recommend them to anyone

They are a bit expensive unless you're low income living in montgomery county. Even so they also tack on extra charges. They seemed to be a bit rough with my animal during the surgery. He had the most swelling I've ever seen a cat have after being neutered. There are cheaper alternatives in the state but they require a bit of driving.

We had just gotten a brother/sister pair of puppies for Christmas. Then the pandemic hit and my husband got out of work. I needed these dogs fixed. I had been waiting 3 months for an appt. When I made the appt, I told them we were in financial hardship but they said nothing of the financial requirements ($2900 for family of 3) or needing a Medicaid card. So after waiting 3 months for this appt. we show up today and they NOW let me know that with my husband on unemployment, we make too much money. Complete ineptness on their part and a complete waste of time.

Really happy, and thankful for their services. I had to pay a good bit because I don't live in Montgomery. They ask for a donation, and I do wish the people paying as low as $10.00, would make even a five dollar donation. It would be very sad for them to have to go out of business. Very organized!

Very nice, kind and sincere people. I didn't feel like they were after my "emotional wallet" prior to having my dog spayed. Compare the same medical procedure at any Veterinarian's Office in the greater Montgomery area and you'll see that there is no comparison. I received quotes to have my dog spayed ranging from $275 to $600. I paid this place what they asked for to spay and rabies vaccination, plus an additional $10 donation and my bill came to $100.

Don't let the place fool you, it isn't pretty on the outside, and its not in the best part of town, but these people care and because it's a non profit organization that offers a needed and necessary service for less than other vets it's is criticized by some who stand to profit from offering the exact same type of surgery and they want to keep the cost's high.

Where else in Montgomery (or Alabama for that matter) would people who can't afford to take animals that they love, and that love them back to be spayed or neutered for a fee that is more than reasonable?

We have had many pets spayed/neutered here over the years. We are very thankful for an affordable place to bring our animals. Always professional. Pets have all recovered quickly. I was very impressed with how they have handled things with the pandemic. Organized, steady flow for those that follow the directions given.

The people here do such a good service for the community. I found out that they give a good discount for feral cats to come in, be fixed, and released back to where they came from, so I decided to try it with one of our frequently visiting feral tomcats. They made it so easy and gave me really good directions on aftercare, too. They also treated him for parasites, gave him a rabies shot and tipped his ear to show he's been trapped & neutered. I will definitely do this for other ferals in the future. It was a great experience.
