I am writing to let you know of the exceptional experience that I had purchasing my recent vehicle through Burns Honda. From the start, David Kull came across to me as a very honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and detail oriented person. As I got to know him, all of these traits were more than accurate and my experience far exceeded any other buying experience that I have encountered in a major purchase. I worked in sales for 10 years and recently moved on to Project Management, so I know how the game can be played and how the game SHOULD be played. Not once EVER did I feel that I was being sold or pushed towards on option that would not be my best fit. David was able to take my aesthetic and budgetary needs while producing a few options that fit perfect within my criteria. After narrowing down the selections, we moved on to the close . David and the management staff were able to work with me on the price as he knew I needed to be in a certain budget maximum and he never got annoyed or tired of me trying to drop the price as he calmly kept his cool . After getting me a very, very good price and value for the purchase I mentioned that the funds would need to wait until the morning and I would be able to place a deposit on the car to hold it. David mentioned to me that it was his day off, but he would be more than happy to meet me the following evening to finish the paperwork. Follow up in pre and post-sale can define a salesperson in which David nailed yet again. He followed up with me during the day to remind me of documents that needed to be brought to make a smooth transition and also followed up two days after the sale to make sure everything was going good with my new purchase. Long story short, I left that day not feeling like I was being sold, but rather educated and assisted down the path line. I even offered him a visit to my beach house. I have purchased more cars than I would like to have had, but I will never forget this experience and I will continue to purchase future vehicles from Burns and David as well as recommend every one that I know to do the same. I insisted that he give me someone s email to make it known how important David is to your staff now and as he grows in the future. Often times to many you hear about the negative experiences and not enough of the positive ones when the credit is due. I hope you can hire and keep many more David s in the years to come. You now have the lifer customer which is crucial in the auto industry while increasing that network of pipe flow.
