My family and I spent memorial weekend at Seaside when at some point we lost the keys to our Honda Pilot. On Memorial day there were no locksmiths that could help us and the nearest dealerships service departments were closed. I reached out to the Honda dealership in Beaverton and got ahold of Bill Stallard. We were in quite the tough situation being that my family of 5 was 7 hrs from home and our other set of keys. Bill went above and beyond reaching out to his team to find a way to get my family and car to Beaverton so that we could get a key and back on the road home. This by far is the best service and help I have ever received from a car dealership. I can honestly say that if this is how Honda customers are treated I will be Honda owner for life.
