Having been within logistics for over 22 years, I've spent time with a few different organizations. Each have had their pros and cons. At this season of my career, it was important for me to go with the company that was the best fit for me. I've encountered enough over the years to recognize that fit once the opportunity presented itself. My needs were simple. Stability, opportunity for growth, solid salary, challenged enough to never get bored and a strong support team.

While I could easily sound like a commercial for the company, I implore you to do your own research. Team One has many employees who have been promoted from within...several times! If you simply apply yourself to learn the SOPs, execute them with a positive attitude while developing your team, you will eventually be rewarded. Where else can you work where an operations supervisor started as a driver less than 1 year ago?
We have drivers who have been with us over 20 years. That alone speak volumes!

I have finally found what I've been searching for, a company where I can settle down and make plans to retire from one day after achieving a few more levels of management.
