Paid over $450, to hear pure lies, still not fixed. Had coolant leak, they said it was the seals, IT WAS NOT. The rad over flow bottle was cracked, and if you think that your getting better service from a BMW dealer Mechanic, think again,They also said that my Oil filter housing was leaking, it was not. Beware, these service advisers make a commission, to change things they don't have to. If you need 'good' Mechanics that know what they are doinglearly not the place. Get you car fixed else where, or bew prepared to be ripped off.If, you must go to a dealer in Ottawa, go to Elite BMW THERE SERVICE ADVISORS, AND SERVICE MANAGERS, WERE ALL FORMER MECHANICS....SEE KEVIN, MANAGER OF SERVICE, TELL THEM ROOFY SENT YOU...HE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY, TRUE STORY.sO, IF YOU WANT TO GET OVER CHARGED, MISDIAGNOSED, THEN GO TO OTTOS...NEVER AGAIN..
