It's ok.....BUT I think, waiting more than 1 hr to get JUST shots for an animal is ridiculous. I am a Professional myself (30yrs) and things need to be organized before opening. All necessary employees/volunteers on board! Even a Supervisor or Assist Manager per say to make sure every employee etc is prompt& satisfying every customer accordingly and to make sure they leave HAPPY. People have other things to do in life too. Besides the animals, Consideration is the key here. Either you want the buisness or not. There are many options out there. "Rumors spread like fire about businesses. I Blame it on Management. That's one thing I don't lack in my field of work/Regional Mgr. Customer Satisfaction and day is always right.
