Your delivery drivers need to get rid of that yellow strobe light, I'm trying to sleep and here's a flashing light in my window at 5 am. Thanks...... It's not needed at all, Philadelphia inquire drivers don't need them and the papers get delivered just fine.
I also watched the driver pull in a driveway and turn around, they are not allowed on anyone's driveways at all! At least have the courtesy to turn off the flashing light while you are in someone's driveway when you shouldn't be.
