(Service dept. review) I had my 2007 mid-size Chevy regularly serviced by City from 2009-2015 and always came away satisfied. Service advisor Travis Boone, in particular, has always gone above and beyond the call for me, and I highly recommend him. I had City perform a wide variety of routine and preventive maintenance work on the car from 12K-105K miles. It always came back to me clean and with the work done right the first time at a reasonable price. Alternate transportation was available when I needed it. All I would change is the small and confined customer lounge down the hall, and factors that are out of City's control: the deteriorating neighborhood around the dealership, and the dicey entrance/exit points to the store made tough by the highway in front of it. Overall, I'd definitely endorse City as a go-to place for keeping one's Chevy in top condition.
