Just bought by 4th Audi, the first from Town. My first service experience was lousy. I had to bring the car back 3 times to get work done that was promised the first time. There seems to be no quality control to make sure the work that is promised is done and done properly. I had my previous cars serviced at Jack Daniels in Ramsey and never had a problem with them.
