I had some potential serious problems that could have happened if I didn t get the correct data and prepared myself it could potential cost me quite a bit of money. I called in and found out It s a small company with two owners who not only help you take care of the problem but also explain all the angles as they see it. I spoke to Nathaniel and it soon became apparent that I was over thinking my potential problem but I also wouldn t need to spend any resources. Usually this point in the conversation the company starts to wrap up the problem because there s really no money to be made. Not only did Nathaniel walk me through taking proper precautions for worst case scenario and how to look out for it. He also walked me through the entire process. To say I was blown away by the experience would be a gross understatement. Because of Nath s attention to detail, communication skills, and an overall obvious knowledge of how to properly identify a problem and creates solutions this company will get all of my IT support moving forwards.
