I have a 2015 Honda Fit that will be 3 Yeats old on July. First a little background. In December 2017 I took the car I m bacause there was a knocking noise. They discovered The strut was bad on the passenger side. They order the part I go back in so they can replace it, then they realize the driver side strut is bad. They again have to order it. Supposedly they did an alignment when both struts were replaced.

Fast forward to last week. I drop the car off for an oil change and the Auto Butler service. I get a call from the service advisor about other work needing to be done, one is I need a front end alignment. I tell him I just had one done in Dec. which should be in their computer. In the end my bill is ove $600.

I get in my car and my car is still reading 20% oil life. I call the service manage. Go back up to Honda, he shows me the oil was changed, they forgot to reset the oil button.
There was a trim piece that had faded badly that they were to replace under warranty. Again, I have to drop the car off for them to replace the trim. They bring me my car since I have been so inconvenienced with the back and forth. The guy drops off the car the hood is scratched and clumps of glue are all over the hood.

This is my first Honda. Service sucks! I just purchased a Volvo in December. My understanding is the dealership is owned by the same owner. So I m not sure what to expect when the Volvo needs service.

I suggest go to a different dealership, unless you don t mind using a dealer you cannot trust that does lousy service.
