This hospital is absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been to in my whole life! Never made it past the triage lobby, despite being there for 6+. Triage nurse was very rude and unprofessional, scolded my Mentally challenged cousin for not knowing answers to the questions she was asking and refused to allow me to accompany her so I could provide info. When she couldn't get across to my mentally challenged cousin she came out to triage lobby and asked me in front all the rest of the patients in lobby , that's clearly unprofessional and a violation of HIPPA.
Long story short after 6+ hours of waiting I went to ask how much longer till my cousin would be seen and I was told 10 patients were still ahead waiting on rooms, I LEFT!
