Appalling customer service, after my phone stopped...

Appalling customer service, after my phone stopped working I contacted them, was told that the warranty didn't cover my problem (or basically anything). I then asked for a receipt with the IMEI number to give to my insurance company and 2 weeks later no response via email and not even a number to call! So disappointed!
